简介:复杂环境下的图像处理一直是计算机视觉信息处理与理解领域的难点,也日渐成为影响图像应用系统可靠性和实用性的严重障碍,但是由于其良好的应用前景,成为当前研究的一个热点。本文针对船舶图像的特点以及船舶目标运动特征,设计并实现了一种船舶目标自动检测系统,主要工作包括船舶图像预处理、目标检测算法研究、目标分割算法研究和系统设计等几个方面。本文详细研究和分析了水面船舶目标的特点,针对船舶是人造目标,船体上布满了有棱有角的结构,在图像中存在众多的长直线边缘的特点,提出了使用角点和线段特征的检测方法,并根据水面和船舶的不同反光特征,实现了一种基于关系稳定性的船舶区域分割算法。最后,给出了一个船闸中船舶目标检测的实验系统,证明上述方法取得了很好的检测效率。该系统的实现在船舶避碰、航行安全、船舶交通管理中起到难以替代的作用;对船闸的冲泄水控制和闸门的及时开关提供了辅助决策,从而提高了船闸的通航能力,并减少人工控制的误操作,对国民经济具有重大价值。

简介:分类号TH692单位代码单位代码10190研究生学号研究生学号201401020密级无硕士学位论文制动盘探伤机无损检测方法及自动检测技术研究RESEARCHONNONDESTRUCTIVETESTINGMETHODAUTOMATICDETECTIONTECHNOLOGYOFBRAKEDISCFLAWDETECT研究生姓名研究生姓名韩慜专业机械工程机械工程指导教师指导教师及职称及职称李静(教(教授)授)培养单位长春工业大学长春工业大学2017年6月研究生学位论文I摘要制动盘性能的好坏是影响车辆安全运行的重要因素,对新生产或已经使用一段时间的制动盘进行无损检测是确保车辆安全的关键。本设备将磁粉检测作为制动盘的检测方法。现有的荧光磁粉探伤机多为半自动设备,这种设备多数需要工人对荧光磁粉显示的裂纹进行现场确认。由于人为和工厂环境的因素,人工检测影响检测的精度和工人的身体健康,因此研发一套全自动制动盘探伤机对改善工作环境,提高制动盘检测精度,保证产品质量等具有深远影响。本文所述即是对该设备的结构设计与检测方法分析。首先,简述无损检测方法的种类与发展,在此基础上对各种方法进行比较,得出磁粉检测在制动盘检测中的优势。选用工业摄像头在暗室中对磁粉显示的裂纹进行提取,并且利用计算机进行缺陷检测,省去人工检测对此环节影响,达到全自动化的目标。按照要求对设备进行设计,以磁粉检测的原理为基础对磁场、电流和电压进行选取。首先在各种不同种类的电流中选取适合的电流;然后在确定磁化电流的情况下,了解磁化方法的分类和各种磁化方法的特点,选取中心导体法与线圈法相结合的磁化方法,应用在制动盘检测中;最后根据相应的磁化规范确定磁化装置的电流与磁场大小。对原有的磁化装置进行改进,克服了不能多方式磁化的弊端,并利用SOLIDWKS对其进行模型设计。其次,为了克服原有设备人工检测环节带来的效率与检测精度低的缺陷,以及紫外线造成的检测人员健康问题,提出利用机器视觉代替人工检测的方法。利用计算机提取经过磁化后的荧光图片,然后进行预处理与缺陷识别,从而确定制动盘是否具有质量问题。与梯度法、阈值法等原有算法进行对比,在原有基础上提出检测速度更快、精度更高的复合式阈值分析法。对该方法进行验证,证明此方法的可行性。最后与梯度法、阈值法等算法的检测速度与精度进行比较。最后,对设备中的关键部件机械手进行设计。在众多机械手结构中选取适应于该设备的设计结构,并利用SOLIDWKS对夹持装置进行设计,使其适用于制动盘不同规格的需要。然后在SOLIDWKS中建模,导入ADAMS中进行仿真,得出机械手夹持端的位移,以及相关关节的位移、扭矩、驱动力、和角速度等仿真数据。并根据这些数据在SOLIDWKS中建立最终模型。关键词关键词无损检测磁粉探伤磁化装置机械手识别算法
